  1. You say a charity pattern…are there some organisations that will accept these scarves when finished? If so who? Please. We live down south and don't really need these but its good to knit for others!

    1. There is one I really love that comes to mind, the red scarf project. Also, try your local homeless shelter (call first), they need warm weather items so badly when it gets cold outside.

  2. Made the scarf and I love it! Went to my knitting group yesterday and they all liked it too! Thanks again for pattern!

  3. Love this scarf. Picked up the yarn yesterday and had it finished by the end of the day. Just need to take the scarf to the store and find the perfect buttons!

  4. I just started knitting this pattern. It's a great beginner's pattern! I've normally done loom knitting, so this is my first real needle knitting project. Love it so far 🙂

  5. Hi, thank you so much for this pattern. It is fun to make, and I'm sure that my grandchildren will love it. My daughter will too. It's so nice of you to share your talents. Thanks again. Germaine

  6. Hi, this is a lovely pattern, but I'm not sure if I've missed something. If I co 16 stitches it ends with a YO and knit last stitch. Shouldn't it end with k2tog knit last stitch. The only way I can get it to work is if I co an odd number of stitches. Advice please?
