Fiber Flux Finds...March Edition

Welcome to our monthly Fiber Flux Finds! So many lovely readers ask me about supplies and yarn...where to find things? What are knitters and crocheters using? What's new out there? I've created a fun monthly feature by curating a list of what might be new, something we have not yet seen, or maybe just something I am loving and want to share with you! There are so many wonderful things for the yarn obsessed...enjoy checking out the list!

Have something you're loving right now too? Comment below...we want to hear all about it!

#1  I love this Sock Yarn, Cloudborn Highland Superwash Sock Twist Yarn, not only is it a lovely lighter weight yarn for the upcoming warmer months, but it comes in a lot of really great colors too!

#2 I love any tool made from bamboo and these Tunisian Crochet Hooks from Clover are perfect for your next project.  The bamboo hooks I have get even more satiny smooth over time and use too!

#3 I love cottony yarn in the spring and summer for lighter garments and household items.  I am loving the springy green of Bernat's Handicrafter Cotton Yarn (shown below) in particular too!

#4 If you're looking for a beautifully colored and luxurious skein, Rowan Fine Art Yarn is as pretty as a painting!  With subtly blended colors, this yarn is a combination of merino wool, polyamide, mohair, and mulberry silk...lovely!

#5 I'm loving this crochet hat kit for the early, cooler days of spring.  Included is a skein of Cloudborn baby alpaca yarn and the pattern.  Makes a great gift too!

#6 Have you tried knitting on a spool yet?  This cute knitting spool from Lion Brand is fun for both kids and grown ups alike.  We have one and love it!  Check out my tutorial here.

Lion Brand Knitting Spool

#7 Lion Brand Tweed Stripes is so pretty with color appropriate for any season.  It includes fabulous harvest colors, deep jewel tones for winter, and fresh and light hues as seen below:

#8 Do you get achy hands from marathon knitting and crochet sessions?  These gloves may help...according to their site they massage muscles and increase blood flow, all while not restricting hand movement.

#9 I am loving this Malabrigo Arroyo Yarn...the colors shown below are so elegant and fabulous, perfect for that very special pattern you might be saving!

#10 Cherub Aran Sparkle from Cascade is so much fun and a lovely choice when you need just a little something extra.  It comes in a ton of colors and I can totally picture a sparkly striped piece with this fantastic yarn!

#11 Soft and pretty, the Bernat Softee Baby Ombras Yarn is perfect for a new arrival.  Love those pretty and subtle color changes!

#12 If you're looking to work on a lightning fast project, the Lion Brand Speed Hook is the tool for you!  For the chunkiest of yarny projects, this one is a Size 35 (S).

Happy crocheting lovelies!
