  1. I have never dyed yarn, but I would love to give it a go! I someday want to learn how to spin yarn too, I watched a lady use a drop spindel once and loved watching.

  4. I love this kit!!! I have dyed some yarn I have only had luck with dying the cotton yarn though, The acrylic is really hard to dye. was that acrylic that you dyed on the video? Im curious

  7. I saw these kits a couple of weeks ago. I've been curious about dying my own wool for projects and this seems like a great way to give it a try.

  8. How likely is it that your newly dyed yarn will run, if any project you use it in happens to get unexpectedly wet – say in a heavy downpour?
    My other concern is in regards to our environment.. How is the dye water disposed of when we finish dyeing the yarn? Are any of the ingredients toxic? I would love to try this, these are things I need to know before jumping in. – Annie B.
