Stashbusting gifts...

A couple of months ago, I published a pattern for "Luggage Blossoms."  I whipped up several of the flowers (excluding leaf and loop from pattern) and put a pin to the back to make a super simple flower brooch...

...then mounted four to a piece of heavy watercolor paper to make a set.  Looks pretty on a blazer or winter wool coat, or stitched to a purse or hat.  I always save my scraps for tiny projects or stuffing...try even tying a few pieces of yarn colors together for an interesting variegated effect!

  1. You are awesome. Just stumbled onto your site thru Knitting Paradise forum. I am a beginner knitter and have something on 3 to 4 needles a day. Thanks so much for your patterns. They are adorable!
