These little bows are super cute and completed in just one round! Make a few to embellish a gift, hair clip, garment, or anything else in need of a bow.
One Round Bow

Materials:
- H (5.0 mm) hook
- Cheerful yarn in color(s) of your choice (I used worsted weight)
- Tapestry needle
Sizing:
- Bows shown are 1.5 inches wide and 2.25 inches tall from top to tails.
Note: Experiment with different hooks and/or yarn for a variety of different sizes.
Abbreviations:
- ch: Chain
- sl st: Slip Stitch
- sc: Single Crochet
- dc: Double Crochet
- tr: Treble Crochet
Instructions:
Chain 4 and join with a slip stitch to form a ring.
Round 1: sc, dc, tr, dc, sc, sl st, sc, dc, tr, dc, sc, sl st, ch 6 and in the second ch from hook work a sc, then a sc in each chain across, work a sl st in center of ring, then ch 6 again and in the second ch from hook work a sc, then a sc in each chain, work a sl st in center of ring. Join to close heart and fasten off.
(Because it is so many stitches written across, here is the bow written in column format so that it is a bit easier to see and helps to not lose your place; I like to use a ruler to mark my spot 🙂

ch 6 and in the second ch from hook work a sc, then a sc in each chain across, work a sl st in center of ring to finish first “tail”
ch 6 again and in the second ch from hook work a sc, then a sc in each chain, work a sl st in center of ring to finish second “tail”
Join to close heart and fasten off.
Finishing:
Weave in the ends and you’re all finished! Because they are so small, you may need to shape with your hands a bit.
