    Mine is a pink afghan I received for my daughter (now 5) at my baby shower. This is before I knew how to crochet and was in awe that someone handmade it just for us. That blanket has been dragged around and washed many times and is still beautiful. Now I get to hopefully awe someone else now that I've learned to crochet :)

    When I was a kid, my grandmother gave me a crocheted bear that I still have. It's still my most favorite gift, ever. :)
