Free Crochet Class from Craftsy...Amazing Crochet Textures with The Crochet Dude!

I have a fabulous freebie for you today!  Craftsy has an awesome mini class, "Amazing Crochet Textures" and I get to share it with you today!  This is a great class to learn some techniques to add to your crochet projects and is packed full of helpful information such as post stitches, foundation double crochet, blocking your work, crochet cables, adding beads to your work, joining squares and lots more!

You'll learn how to make this gorgeous afghan...

Step by step with The Crochet Dude himself, Drew Emborsky!

Have you taken a class from Craftsy yet?  If not, this mini class is a great way to check it out, because it is totally free!  Plus, the class is yours forever, meaning you can watch it at your leisure, coming back to as often as you need to!  This is perfect if you need to take a peek at it later in case you need to brush up on a particular skill.

Accessing your free class is super easy too, just hop on over to Craftsy, create a profile, add the class and you're all set!  There is also a free pattern for the beautiful afghan that you see below:

When I took the class, I found it very informative, easy to navigate and I loved that I could learn at my own pace too:

When you're finished you can even share your project and see what everyone else has made!

Note: If you've never used Craftsy, you'll need to create a profile.  Once logged in, you can have access to lots of other fun freebies like free patterns and free classes too!
