Free Crochet Pattern...Pumpkin Patch Coffee Cozy!

The Pumpkin Patch Coffee Cozy is super easy to crochet and adds a bit of fall goodness to your favorite hot drink.  Worked in just 6 rounds you can make one for you and for a friend too!

Materials:

• Lion's Pride Woolspun by Lion Brand (note: you can use any bulky yarn you'd like for this project, just look for one that recommends a 6.5 mm crochet hook)  Colors shown are "Mahoghany" "Pumpkin" "Avocado" "Honey"
• 6.5 mm K crochet hook
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors

Sizing:

• 3 inches tall
• 9 inch circumference

• Slip Stitch (sl st)
• Single Crochet (sc)
• Half Double Crochet  (hdc)

Instructions:

Note: Each round worked in a different color.

Ch 21, join with a sl st in the furthest ch from hook.

Round 1: Ch 2, then work a hdc in each ch.  Join with a sl st to close round.

Rounds 2-4: Ch 2, then work a hdc in the blo of each st.  Join with a sl st to close round.

Round 5: Ch 1, then work a sc in each st.  Join with a sl st to close round.
Round 6: Ch 1, then in the first st, *work a sl st.  Skip the next st, then in the next st work (sc, hdc, ch 2, sl st in the 2nd ch from the hook, hdc, sc).  Repeat from * to the end of the round.  Join with a sl st to close round and fasten off.

 Weave in any ends that remain and you're finished!
