Book Review and Giveaway! Learn To Crochet, Love To Crochet!

I have a fun giveaway for your today lovelies! I recently was able to check out Learn To Crochet, Love To Crochet by Anna Wilkinson (ISBN: 9781849495479, Quadrille Publishing).

Learn To Crochet, Love To Crochet is a bold, modern, and totally fun book that contains garments and accessories that are sure to add a splash of color in any crocheter's life.

20 lovely projects ranging from chunkier weight items like the above two photos, to lighter delicate pieces such as the beautiful flowery top seen below:

Because it is a book that introduces one to the world of crochet, I especially liked the full color photo tutorials of the basic stitches used.  In each photo, there is a large easy to see hook and chunky yarn, making it clearly depicted and a great introduction to the skills and stitches used throughout the book.

Other useful techniques like joining in a new color, seaming, checking gauge, and adding buttonholes are included too...everything to make the projects all in one handy place!

One of my favorite pieces from the book would definitely be the headband above because of the interesting and clever stitch work used throughout (there's even a matching snood you can make too!)

I was also charmed by this cheerful top shown below, called the "Granny Square Cotton Tee"  I'm loving its retro appeal and those blue blossoms are so fun!

Now is you chance to win a copy of your own! Enter to win using the Rafflecopter below (sometimes it takes a moment to load). Giveaway ends Febuary 29 and is open worldwide. Now go, go, go, and enter!!!
