Color Inspiration: Coral


If you're looking for a little color inspiration, you've come to the right place! This month we'll be exploring coral, a soft, yet vibrant color that is a fabulous pink-orange. Included are some fabulous free patterns and yarn (of course!), but I've also included some things found on Etsy, and incorporating coral into the home. Enjoy!

Let's start with the YARN!  CotLin DK from Knit Picks (picture on the left) is a soft yarn perfect for warm weather stitching and Shine Worsted Yarn from Knit Picks (photo on the right) is a bolder, deeper shade of coral with a lovely sheen.


The Coral Reef Scarf by A Spoonful of Sugar via All Free Crochet is bright, colorful and looks so fun to wear too!


Two fun finds from Etsy include this pretty coral grosgrain ribbon from BebeFabric Studio (photo on the left)...love those gold dots!  Also, isn't this Coral Sash from Roseybloom Boutique just gorgeous?


How about this lovely knitting kit from Craftsy?  It includes the pattern plus yarn in the color of your choice (including this coral-y color here!)


If easy peasy is what you're after, this Coral Blossom Necklace can be worked up in just a short amount of time, if you can crochet a chain, you can make this necklace!


Love fabric?  Check out this modern cotton poplin from Craftsy...so fresh!
