Book Release Giveaway!

I have some exciting news lovelies...I am super excited to share a book that I am proud to have been part of...Arm Knitting (DK Publishing ISBN: 978-1-4654-5438-6)!  There are some really neat and interesting projects in this book...30 projects by 7 designers (6 of them made by yours truly including the cowl on the front cover...awesome!)

Join me in the video below as I unbox the book!

I love how this book has a wide range of materials, from traditional chunky yarn and roving to less conventional things like rope, cord, fabric, and suede!  Whether you are learning how to arm knit or are a seasoned arm knitter, there's something for everyone.  There are simpler things to get you started like a quick infinity scarf or an easy pillow cover.  As you practice and build skills, you can try projects incorporating things like cables into your work or try making a footstool cover or a cozy pet bed too!

Check out a little sampling below of some of the designs from the book...so neat!  Love the variety that each designer contributed.

I like how each project has a special tip for resizing or changing it up just a bit too (see photo below), how cute is this mini hammock for toys?

Check out this fun necklace, made with beautiful ribbon yarn (that is part of our giveaway...yay!) and worked up in no time!  Super cute!

OK as promised, now its time for a giveaway!  Enter for a chance to win both a copy of Arm Knitting AND a ball of yarn to make the gorgeous necklace above!
