I am super excited to share with you the August Knit Crate: “Modern Primary” this month! This is one of several in their lineup and it is a fabulous and super affordable version that caters to all yarn lovers!

The Knit Crate is a monthly subscription box that arrives right to your door. Each month it includes BOTH a crochet and knitting pattern, PLUS enough of their in-house premium yarn to complete the project…all for $24.99! This price includes shipping + handling, they’ll ship it worldwide…awesome!

Sooo this is a VERY exciting and special crate for me to share with you this time around because for the crochet pattern, it’s my design!!  It’s called the Caribbean Escape Shawl, check it out:

I had so much with this pattern and I hope you have just as much fun making it too!

Close up of the yarn this month, the theme is “Indigo Glow” and I got two of the four possible choices (in two different boxes)…LOVE!  Here is one of the colors, the “Silence” colorway:

And here’s another, the “Undertow” colorway (used in the finished piece above), isn’t it pretty?

Here’s what you’ll get in your crate:

  • 1 exclusive crochet pattern
  • 1 exclusive knitting pattern
  • In-house premium yarn to make the project (a note about hand dyed yarn)

  1. Thank you for the giveaway!!! I really hope to win this Knit Crate Box 🙂 I have loved your Youtube channel for a long time and always appreciate how detailed your videos are. Thank you for doing this again!

  2. I always love all your patterns. They're easy and fun to make. The colorways in this yarn are gorgeous, it's so hard to choose, but I think I like the undertow colorway better because I love the pop of color. I am not subscribed to knitcrate at this time and would love to win.

  3. I like the turquoise colorway of the August KnitCrate. Congratulations on being picked as this month's designer.

  4. I love the undertow and the silence. I love knitcrate but I am having trouble receiving my yo car rates. I am in England and have had to report the last two not arriving. They do send replacements but by then it’s the next month. Just once or twice I would love to receive them before all the unboxings come out as it’s no longer a surprise lol

  5. Jennifer, Your design is absolutely gorgeous. I would have a hard time choosing just one color…they are all beautiful. I love your designs and tutorials.

  6. What a fun giveaway!! I love ALL the colorways this time. But I think I'm partial to the Silence Colorway 🙂 !! They are all so pretty tho!!!
