Happy Monday lovelies! I have a fun review to share with you today! The folks at The Writing Hall reached out a while back to see if would be interested in checking out a copy of their newer releases, Unravelled.
Now, I have to admit I LOVE to read, but I normally only get to check out non-fiction stuff (pattern books, stitch dictionaries, etc) So, I'm totally not complaining in the least bit, but it was a real treat to do some leisurely reading in! Being a busy mom, solopreneur, and an avid volunteer, it is (SO) hard to squeeze a good book in, so it poked around and it took me ALL summer to read it! Nevertheless, I enjoyed it quite Unravelled a bit!
The fun thing about this book is that the main character is a knitter! How neat is that? This is a fun and light read for any knitter, crocheter, or crafty person. In this novel we join Claire, a modern young woman, on her adventures in adulting, navigating the murky waters of online dating, and getting one's life on track. Check out a little summary from the back cover:
"Claire can’t understand why her life, and her knitting, has suddenly started to unravel. Her new friend, Adrian, owner of the local wool shop Oddballs offers to help tame her woolly woes, and offers further support as she tries to get the other parts of her life back on track."
