Beautiful cowl. If I were to use a chunky #5 yarn instead of a 6 what size hook would you recommend?
ReplyDeleteThank you ,so much for this great and simple cowl pattern!
ReplyDeleteI will be making a couple for presents.
Merry, merry and Happy,happy holidays!

Thank you for the wonderful free cowl pattern. I used a little larger hook that I received as a Christmas gift, so the cowl turned out longer. But I think that it still turned out beautiful. Really easy pattern for someone getting back into crocheting after a couple of years. Thank you again.
ReplyDeleteOk beginner here. I am making a lavender version in wool ease (looking really good). I want to add a crochet border on top and bottom to add gray to match a hat i am making for my mother. I am wondering what you think - I have gray wool ease. Maybe just switch out and add a row on each end in the same stitch?
