I have a super festive book review for you today crocheters! I was recently able to check out Thread Christmas Ornaments (ISBN: 978-1-4647-7090-6, Leisure Arts).

One thing I love about the book is the perfect mix of elegance and whimsy, and all of the fun little details each ornaments has. How adorable is this fun snowman?

Every project in the book has clear instructions and a full image of each ornament. Each one also includes a full shopping list and a special stitch guide too.

Each pattern also contains gauge information, plus a full section of terminology and a yarn weight chart. Need help finding a particular thread? Be sure to check out the "Thread Information" section on the last page that includes specific brands and what colors were used for each one...so helpful!
Need a little extra help? Be sure to check out the stitch illustrations throughout the book for additional tutorials such as edgings, decreases, increases, fringe, and more!
