Materials:
  • 6.5 mm "K" crochet hook
  • 1 ball of Hygge Fur from Red Heart (I used the "Royal Purple" colorway)
  • Tapestry Needle
  • Scissors
  • Tape Measure

Sizing:
  • 14 inches tall
  • 38 inch circumference

Instructions:
Ch 41 (to change the width, any odd multiple will work)

Row 1:  In the third ch from the hook, work a (dc, ch 1)  *Skip a ch, then work a (dc, ch 1) in the next ch.  Repeat from * across, then work a dc into the last chain.

Row 2:  Ch 3 and turn.  *Work a (dc, ch 1) in the ch 1 space from the previous row.  Repeat from * across, the work a dc into the topmost chain of the turning chain.

Repeat row 2 until the rectangle measures about 38 inches long or desired length (length will determine the finished circumference).

Holding two edges together, slip stitch the edges together by working a slip stitch into each space across.

Fasten off and weave in and ends that remain.
