Crochet yourself a super cute and totally handy earbud pouch! This sweet little project can be stitched up in a favorite color and finished off with a special button too! This is sized not just for corded earbuds, but also wireless earbuds + their charging cases and other random tech wires too!

Earbud Pouch

Materials:
- I (5.5 mm) crochet hook
- Cotton dishcloth yarn (I used Scrubby Smoothie from Red Heart, colors shown are “Aqua” “Royal” and “Lime”
- 1 button
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
- Tape measure
Finished Sizing:
- 4.5 inches wide
- 4 inches tall
Part 1: The Main Rectangle
- Ch 16
- hdc in the second ch from the hook, then work a hdc in each ch.
- ch 2 and turn. Work a hdc into the first stitch and each stitch across.
- Repeat row 2 until your piece is about 8.5 inches tall.
Part 2: The Buttonhole + Flap
- Ch 2 and turn.
- hdc into the first 5 stitches, ch 4 and skip 4 stitches, then work a hdc in each of the remaining stitches.
- Ch 2 and turn, work a hdc into each of the first 5 stitches, then work 4 hdc into the ch 4 space from the previous row.
- Work a hdc in each of the remaining stitches of the row.
- Ch 2 and turn. Work a hdc in each st across.
Part 3: Pouch Assembly
Weave in any ends that remain.
Fold bottom part upward, leaving about 3 inches remaining for the flap.
With a matching piece of yarn, seam up the sides using the whip stitch. Weave in ends.
Using a matching piece of yarn, sew a button to the center of pouch part as shown.
