Assembly instructions:

  • Fasten off yarn and weave in any ends.
  • Cut a long strand of matching yarn and thread the tapestry needle.
  • With a tapestry needle, whip stitch the piece onto the inner hoop, ensuring that it is centered and does not sag.
  • Add the outer hoop back on to the outside.
  • To add fringe, pull a strand of yarn about 24 inches long.  Fold in half, pull more, fold in half, pull more yarn, then fold again.
  • With your hook, go into one of the bottom stitches with your yarn bundle, and hooks loops through.  Tighten.
  • Repeat adding fringe to the entire bottom part of the hanging.
  • Trim the bottom–you can cut it across, a V shape, or at an angle, anything you like!

  1. Thank you for this wonderful pattern with a bonus video to got with it! One day I will get better reading patterns. I don't understand
why they intimidate me so much. Thank you!

  2. This isa beautiful wall hanging, but it appears as if the top half of the circle is unfinished. A row or two of crochet around the top half of the circle would make this wall hanging exceptional.
