The Wisteria Lace Crochet Dishcloth is a lovely and super simple kitchen crochet project. Pretty single crochets and chains come together to create a gorgeous trellis look and you can experiment with different colors, self striping, and variegated yarns for a variety of effects. Included are instructions for an optional hanging loop too!

Materials:
- 5.5 mm I crochet hook
- Cotton dishcloth yarn (medium/4) of your choice, I used Pima Cotton by Lion Brand yarn in the “Mulberry” and “Raincloud” colorways.
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
- Tape measure

Finished Sizing:
- 9 inches tall
- 9 inches wide
Instructions:
- Ch 32 (multiple of 4)
- Row 1: In the 4th ch from the hook, work a sc. *ch 3, 1 sc into the next chain, ch 3, skip 2 chains, 1 sc into the next ch. Repeat from * across.
- Row 2: Ch 3 and turn. Skip the first sc, *(1 sc, ch 3, 1 sc) in the chain 3 space. Chain 3, then skip (1 sc, 3 ch, 1 sc). Repeat from * to end, then work a sc into the turning chain space.
- Repeat row 2 until the dishcloth is 9 inches tall or desired height.
- To make the dishcloth with no hanging loop: After you finish the last row, fasten off and weave in the ends.
Hanging loop:
- After you finish the last stitch of the last row, ch 10, then join in the same turning chain space to connect to form the loop. Fasten off and weave in the ends.
