Materials:
- 5.0 mm H crochet hook
- 1 Cake of Universe by Hobbii–I used the #14 “Galactic” colorway (#1 superfine weight, 505 yards)
- Tapestry Needle
- Scissors
- Tape Measure
Sizing:
- 10 inches wide
- 55 inch circumference
Instructions:
- Ch 48
- Row 1: In the 4th ch from the hook, work a dc. Work a dc in each ch across.
- Row 2: Ch 3 and turn (counts as a dc). Work a dc in the next st. *ch 2, skip the next two sts, work a dc in the next two sts. Repeat from * across. (Note: at the end of the row, work a dc in the last st, then a dc in the top chain of the turning chain from the previous row)
- Row 3: Ch 3 and turn (counts as a dc). Work a dc in the next st. *Work 2 dc in the ch 2 space (from previous row), then work a dc in each of the next two sts. Repeat from * across, then work a dc in the top chain of the turning chain from the previous row.
- Repeat rows 2 and 3 until your piece is approximately 48 inches long, ending on row 3 for a more finished look.
- Weave in any ends that remain and you’re finished!

Hi,I love this pattern.I am a bit confused with hook size.Can you tell what UK size I should be using.Is it a 5mm?
