Hello lovelies!  I am excited to share this video with you today as part of Annie’s Caring Crochet Club!  As you may know Annie’s has patterns, craft supplies, online classes, books, and even a TV show! They have a variety of subscription programs, and a very special one that focuses on charity projects, the Annie’s Caring Crochet Club.  They sent me one of their kits for the gorgeous Notes in the Garden Shawl and I partnered up with Annie’s to bring you the full video tutorial!

Each kit comes with a full color printed pattern, enough yarn to make the project, and a little note card of where to send your donation and a place to add a little note to the recipient…so neat!

In collaboration with Annie’s and also permission from the designer, I created the video below (also on my YouTube channel) where you can watch the full video tutorial to guide you through the entire shawl project.

  1. Hi There! My friend in our Crafting for a Cause group, joined this club. She got yarn for a lovely shawl but she didn't understand the pattern. I asked for the pattern to see if I could make a shawl from my stash. Although the pattern was over-written and unnecessarily complicated I did manage to make a shawl, I tossed the pattern and so did my friend. Now I'm looking at the shawl and find that it needs to be bigger for an adult donation. If I email you a photo of the shawl, would you ask Annie's if they would share the pattern? I'm even willing to pay a few $ to be able to download. I could not find anyplace on-line to send them a message requesting the pattern. I've enve checked all the shawl patterns on their website. I appreciate anything you can do to help me resolve this for me. Thank you in advance!
