Today is the Fiber Flux YouTube channel's 2nd birthday! Hooray! I began the channel on this day two years ago and have been creating several tutorials each week ever since. Did you know that the channel was made because of all of you? I hadn't considered video at the time, but I got so many wonderful requests from fabulous Fiber Flux readers that I began to get curious and began experimenting with my camera. I created the channel and got right to work on making some of the first videos...about a month later the first couple of videos were live! It has been so much fun...in case you're curious, here was the very first video...Episode 1:
In just two short years, we have reached over 78,000 subscribers and there have been over 8.5 million views...amazing! Google has this neat tool and they have estimated that is about 65 years and 44 days collectively...incredible!
So now I'm going to be giving away a fun prize today...Lion Brand's Bonbons in the "Party" colorway to be extra festive and celebrate. Without all of you all of this could not have been possible...thank you for your views, your positive comments, your "thumbs up" and for all of you who have subscribed! It has been a lot of fun and I am looking forward to many more years of making video tutorials...THANK YOU!
If you haven't gotten a chance yet, be sure to subscribe to the Fiber Flux YouTube channel. That way you'll be notified first when a new tutorial comes out. While you're there, be sure to stop by and say hello!

BonBon bags are such a wonderful way to get a set of coordinated colors for a smaller Fair Isle project, without having to pay for full skeins or go digging through scraps, only to find you've not enough of the grey, the blue is too pale, and the green is too bulky! Not only makes it easy to make the projects you have in mind, but also inspires new ones. Happy Anniversary and Thanks for the giveaway.
