The Sand Dunes Wrap is a luxuriously simple, easy to wear wrap. Silky thread yarn makes it have a beautiful drape and can be worn casually or can easily be dressed up too!

Materials:
- J (6.0 mm) crochet hook
- 2 Cakes of It's A Wrap Rainbow from Red Heart (I used the "Foggy" colorway), each cake is 623 yards. I used two cakes, but with the strands held together.
- Tapestry Needle
- Scissors
Sizing:
- 34 inches from bottom point straight up
- 72 inches from bottom point to upper left or upper right point
- 75 inches across top edge

Note: I used 2 cakes, strands held double.
Ch 5
Row 1: In the 5th ch from the hook, work 3 dc. Ch 1, then work a dc (all in the same chain).
Row 2: Ch 4 and turn. Then work (3 dc, ch 1) in the first space (the ch 1 space from the previous row). Then work (3 dc, ch 1, 1 dc) into the turning ch space.
Row 3: Ch 4 and turn. Then work (3 dc, ch 1) in the first space (the ch 1 space from the previous row). Work (3 dc, ch 1) into each ch 1 space across (note: there will be one to work the first time, but then as your wrap grows, you do more and more (3 dc, ch 1) across). Then work (3 dc, ch 1, 1 dc) into the turning ch space.
Row 2: Ch 4 and turn. Then work (3 dc, ch 1) in the first space (the ch 1 space from the previous row). Then work (3 dc, ch 1, 1 dc) into the turning ch space.
Row 3: Ch 4 and turn. Then work (3 dc, ch 1) in the first space (the ch 1 space from the previous row). Work (3 dc, ch 1) into each ch 1 space across (note: there will be one to work the first time, but then as your wrap grows, you do more and more (3 dc, ch 1) across). Then work (3 dc, ch 1, 1 dc) into the turning ch space.
Repeat row 3 until piece is 34 inches tall or desired height.
So excited to make this. I'm struggling to keep the rows straight... They tend to arch. I've started over 3 times now... Suggestions?

DeleteHI -- love all your work, and am looking forward to making this wrap. I have started it 4 times now, and am having trouble with it arching across the top. I can't get the rows to stay straight. Any suggestions?
