Materials:
- K (6.5 mm) crochet hook
- 1 ball of Baby Hugs Medium (I used the “Aloe” colorway) *Note: I also used Red Heart With Love in the video in the “Sage” colorway, also a very lovely choice.
- Tapestry Needle
- Scissors
- Tape Measure
Sizing:
- 20 inch circumference
- 10 inches tall
Instructions (multiple of 3+2):
Ch 32
Row 1: Work a dc in the 3rd ch from the hook, then work a dc in each ch across.
Row 2: Ch 1 and turn. Work a dc in each of the first two sts. *In the next st, work a fpdc, then a dc in each of the next two sts. Repeat from * across until 2 st remains. Work a dc in the next st, then a fpdc into each of the last two sts.
Row 3: Ch 1 and turn. Work a dc in each of the first two sts. *Work a fpdc in each of the next two sts, then a dc in the next st. Rpt from * to last two sts, then work a fpdc in each of the last two sts.
Repeat Rows 2 and 3 until cowl is desired length, ending on row 2 for a neat edge.
Seam ends together with matching piece of yarn using the whip stitch. Weave in any ends and you’re finished!
