in each of next 4 chains, chain 2, work a dc in each of next
4 chains *, repeat from * until there are 6 chains left.  Skip the next 2 chains, then work a dc in each of next 3 chains, 2 dc
in last chain.

Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as the first dc) and turn your work.  Then work a dc into the same
beginning stitch.  Work a dc in each of next 3 stitches, * skip the next 2

ch 2 space, then a dc in each of next 3 stitches.  Repeat from
* across
until there are 6 chains left.  Skip the next 2 stitches, then work a dc
in each of next 3 stitches, work 2 dc into the topmost chain of the turning chain at the end of the row.
